ini drama Korea terakhir yang saia tonton. terakhir saia nonton bukan berarti ini drama baru lho! drama ini justru buatan tahun 2006. sebelum ke pendapat saia, check dulu sinopsisnya...


Hana is a bright young girl who lost her father at a young age. When her mother returns to Japan, she comes with her new Korean husband and his son Yunsuh. Yunsuh’s mother died during his 10th birthday and after her death, he becomes autistic. While Hana is fond of her new step-brother, he wants nothing to do with her. When their parents leave on their honeymoon, Hana’s mother leaves the children with her deceased husband’s sister who will manage their inn during the trip. While they are gone, the aunt and her daughter Maya abuse Hana and make plans to sell the inn in order to pay for gambling debts and college. Despite all of this, Hana finds comfort in her brother who begins to open up to her and eventually speaks after his 20th Birthday and the day his mother passed away. Yunsuh's mother died on the same day as he was turning 10, 10 years ago. As they start to have feelings for one another, Hana is afraid to love him. She soon leaves with her "senpai", Fujiwara Ryu, who also likes her. Later on, Maya gets jealous, and decides to make Hana's life even more miserable.

hmm.....
saia nonton ini karena rekomendasi teman saia (vien, red). katanya siy, film ini bikin dia nangis di tiap episodenya. ya udah, pergilah saia berburu drama ini di kota kembang tercinta. hehe. setelah dapet, langsung di tonton.
klo menurut saia, ceritanya banyak bolongnya. maksudnya banyak banget cerita ataupun adegan yang gak masuk akal, gak mungkin dan sebenarnya bisa hal yang lain yang terjadi. tapi tetep siy, karena mengingatkan saia pada seseorang, saia nontonnya tetap nangis. hehe.
trus gitu, ceritanya juga mengingatkan saia sama ENDLESS LOVE, karena drama ini intinya menceritakan kisah cinta abang adik. tapi jelas, lebih bagus ENDLESS LOVE.
tapi yang jelas drama ini membuat sia jatuh cinta sama Lee Wan. di tambah lagi, dia ada di reality show bareng DBSK Xiah Junsu. Huaaa!! Lengkaplah sudah..
anyways, meskipun saia bilang ceritanya bolong, tapi lumayan jug abuat yang pengin menguras air mata dan menghabiskan tissue..

KIMCHI

yap! ini kimchi yang makanan Korea itu. Klo tau drama FULL HOUSE (pasti taulah!) pasti tau makanan ini. Itu lho, yang sering di makan ama Ji Eun nya, yang warna merah dan penuh dengan sayuran. Lebih lengkapnya...

Kimchi adalah makanan tradisional Korea , salah satu jenis asinan sayur hasil fermentasi yang diberi bumbu pedas. Setelah digaramai dan dicuci, sayuran dicampur dengan bumbu yang dibuat dari udang krill, kecap ikan, bawang putih, jahe, dan bubuk cabe merah (ensiklopedia bebas Wikipedia).

yang pengin nyobain bikin, ini dia resepnya:

Bahan-bahan :
3 ikat sawi putih, biarkan utuh
3 genggam garam
3 sdm gula
6 sdm bubuk cabai
1 jari jahe, parut halus
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 ikat selada air
1 ikat daun bawang, iris kasar
1 buah radis, iris
3 sdm saus ika

resepnya saia dapat disini

Cara Membuat :

1. Cuci bersih sawi. Kalo agak parno ada ulat, sawinya dipisahin jadi perlembar aja. Trus nyucinya dibawah air mengalir ya. Kalo udah bersih, rendam sawi dengan air matang yang udah dilarutkan dengan garam selama kurang lebih 6 jam.
2. Setelah 6 jam, cuci lagi sawi sampai garam-garam yang mungkin menempel di daunnya gak ada lagi. Kalo merasa swainya pnjang, bisa dipotong menjadi 2 atau 3 bagian. jangan lupa bagian ujungnya di buang.
3. Trus campurin deh semua bahan-bahan yang udah disiapin. Aduk sampai bubuk cabe merah, bawang putih, jahe, garam dan kecap ikannya merata dengan sayuran. Simpan selama kurang lebih 2x24 jam. Katanya siy, makin lama di simpan makin bagus.
4. Kimchi siap disajikan! :D

gak tau siy, emang rasanya yang begitu atau saia emang gak suka ama rasanya. agak pedes-pedes asam gak jelas. Pokoknya gak sesuai di lidah saia.

kemaren saia nyoba bikin lagi, berharap rasanya lebih mending. tapi ternyata tetap gak. huhu. mungkin saia harus mencoba Kimchi "asli" yang ada di restoran Korea dulu baru bikin lagi.
